Our school networks have talented and experienced Executive Officers for Instruction who provide on-site assistance to grow intellectual environments that strategically problem solve and provide opportunities for high student achievement, quality teaching, and sustainable leadership.

A diverse Research and Development Team provides opportunities for schools to engage in action research, align theory to practice, and to create strategic and personalized frameworks to build on their successes. The Research and Development Team closely follows and shares the work of prominent, proven researchers such as Mel Levine, Heidi Hayes Jacobs, Richard Allington, Kylene Beers, David Pearson, Lily-Wong Fillmore, Margarita Calderon, Ellin Keene, Howard Gardner, et al., in order to provide a range of diverse and powerful strategic solutions to raising student achievement and meeting the demands of a 21st century global economy.

The Integrated Curriculum and Instruction LSO is a School Support Organization that is dedicated to studying and searching for a range of solutions to support schools in engaged learning opportunities for diverse and multicultural communities. Our mission is to address:

• How can we continue to measure, assess and monitor teaching and learning to create equity and
  access for all?
• How can we interpret our results to continue to modify learning opportunities?
• How can we continue to learn about and foster supportive and not competing strategies?

We partner with our schools in an atmosphere that is filled with congeniality, collegiality, openness, and respect for each school’s culture, staff, students, and parents. We take pride in working side by side with all our constituents to think, analyze, and strategically and successfully find solutions.

The Integrated Curriculum and Instruction LSO believes in building on strengths, empowerment, and achievement. Our beliefs are grounded in cognition, learning, development, and culture and are focused on understanding learning, staying current on research and it’s connections to formal instruction in K-12 environments that focuses on how to best assist students in achieving their fullest potential.

We are committed to working with all school communities to co-construct intellectual environments that pursue continuous learning and focus on student academic achievement.
